Hello,guys!

Sorry if I post into the wrong section, but I'm new here.

So, the question is simple. I've got limited budget (~300$) and I wanna upgrade my low-cost (~100$) Nvidia GT 650.

I've searched our (russian) stores and here's what I've found:
(1) PCI-E GigaByte GeForce GTX 760 4096MB 256bit GDDR5 [GV-N760OC-4GD] DVI DisplayPort HDMI (~305$)
(2) PCI-E GigaByte GeForce GTX 760 4096MB 256bit GDDR5 [GV-N760WF3-4GD] DVI DisplayPort HDMI (~310$)
(3) PCI-E GigaByte GeForce GTX 770 2048MB 256bit GDDR5 [GV-N770OC-2GD] DVI DisplayPort HDMI (~350$)
(4) PCI-E GigaByte GeForce GTX 770 4096MB 256bit GDDR5 [GV-N770OC-4GD] DVI DisplayPort HDMI (~405$)

My question: Which of these would you recommend?

I'm really not sure about the VRAM amount, because games nowdays games are starting to consume 2gb and more of vram, so I'm afraid 2GB won't be enough quite soon, and I don't plan to change my new card for another year or two at least.
And is 770 really that (50-100$) better than 760s?

P.S. Another question: I'm not really sure about gygabyte, but haven't disappointed in them so far. But if there are better manufacturers, please, do advise! MSI or Palit or ASUS maybe?

PC Specs:
- Intel Core i5-4430 @ 3GHz
- 8gb RAM

The 770s are more powerful than the 760s. You could also get a AMD card. The 280X is around the same performance as the 770 and it should be cheaper(It is in the US).
But if you only want a GTX card and you're playing games like BF3/4, Skyrim, Dirt, etc... then I would just get the 770 4GB. If your strict on your budget, get a 760. Its not really powerful, but it should do well enough. Here are some benchmarks on both cards:

Skyrim on 770...
