This is my computer that I am trying to fix at the moment:

When I first got it, I added more RAM so it ran faster. I used it for a few months and then I built a new computer so it has been in storage for about 6 months (it was working fine at this point). But I restarted it yesterday to try and access some old files I had left on it and it froze on the BIOS screen or sometimes it would move past and freeze on a black screen with an underscore flashing on the top right. I tried to change the 4 RAM sticks around and see if one of them was causing the issue, this did not fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
