Help! OCZ-ZS650W Power Supply

Hey Guys, do you think OCZ-ZS650W PSU is good enough to power up below components?

AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor
Deepcool GAMMAXX300 CPU Cooler
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Motherboard
ASUS R9280X-DC2T-3GD5
Gskill Sniper Series F3-12800CL9S-4GBSR RAM * 2
Western Digital WD10EARX 1TB
Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive
4 LED 120mm Cabinet fans

If not, please suggest one which can at around same budget.

650w PSU will be fine but I would get an OCZ 'ZT' or 'ZX' as the ZS models aren't as reliable.

Hardware Secrets gave the ZS650W their Golden Award
That doesn't necessarily mean it's good, as they may have received a 'special version' from the manufacturer to review, but they are known to be a fairly reliable source.

Then again, only a 3 year warranty, not the greatest.
