power off my PC 5-6 Hr for UPS charging?

I bought Intex 1000 Va Gama UPS.

My Question is . Is this important to turn off my PC and UPS to UPS full charging?or no need to turn off PC ?

I've never needed to turn off my rig in order to charge the UPS. It will charge fine on it's own. Is this a unit that's on 24/7? If so, consider turning it off when not in use. It will absolutely extend the life of all your components above leaving it on non-stop. Then if needed the UPS can charge at that time but I doubt that's necessary.

The only reason you might want to avoid turning on the PC when the UPS is charging is to avoid the UPS shutting down from low battery if it needs to provide power before the batteries have had a chance to charge back to a reasonable level.
