TMPIN1 idle is around 55 - 60 and under load it idles at 105 - 107.
If I feel the back of my case under load (stress test) it feels 'warm to touch' beach sand on a hot day. Its around the Mount for the HSF (I have a CM Hyper 212 Evo) and my CPU under load is at 46-54 (OC, I consider that good tempts) but my concern is the TMPIN1 possibly the Chipset? Anyway should I be worried.

I'm not sure exactly what that temperature measurement represents, but nothing in your PC should get to 100 degrees C.
The CPU cooler you have does nothing to cool the motherboard components.
Is there good airflow across the motherboard from case fans?
Does the same thing happen without overclocking?

I think that's the VRM. Try setting up a fan to blow directly onto the VRM heatsink and check if that makes a difference.
