A few months ago, I placed a new graphic card (msi R7770 afterburner) In my Pc. Since then, my Pc generally <<edited for inappropriate language>>up. The CPU was always used for >50% (randomly without starting up a program)(I looked it up in the task manager) and then the real problems startet. My pc turned off. Randomly. My i7 overheated so fast that my cooling system, didn't make it to start cooling. Now when I am able to turn on my computer, it runs for about 10 min. Except, I start a game which is a bit more 'challenging'. Then it immediatly shuts down. After it shut down, my Pc tries to start up again and he ends up like this; starting->beep->shuts down. It's not a normal shut down. It's like he suddenly lost his whole electricity. I'm not sure if the problem lies in the power source, the graphic card, the overheating of the i7 or the motherboard. Please help me.

Solution
It sounds like a psu problem. A 7770 is not a particularly power hungry card, a 450w unit should power it.
But, if your psu is old, or of poor quality it may not be able to deliver the increased power required for the 7770 when gaming under load.
Exactly what card and psu models do you have?

But, you indicated your I7 overheated, and that is a separate issue. I suspect your cpu cooler is not mounted well or is defective. What cpu cooler are you using

Look at this too, take the cooler of clean it,take of the old paste with a clean rag or soft toilet paper and redo with medical alcohol until fully clean. Then re-apply new paste,so first get new paste, put the cooler back and see how it goes.

Take the old paste of as well the cpu as the cooler of course.
