Solution

The GeForce 750 Ti will fit in that case.

Final answer. No lifelines used.
While I can't say for absolutely certain - since I don't know what exact case you're using, I can confirm that the GeForce 750 Ti is quite a short card when compared to others on the market.

I'm almost certain it will fit in your case.

Your motherboard link doesn't work.

If your motherboard has PCI-E x16 2.0 or PCI-E x16 3.0 Graphics Card slot then the GeForce 750 Ti will function fine.

So, if I buy a GTX 750 ti and kick out my existing GPU and with my EXISTING MOTHERBOARD and EXISTING CASE use the GTX 750 ti, it will work?
And my PSU is a 300W and the GTX 750 ti also uses a min 300W....
