Is this idle temperature okay?

Hi guys

I have a 4670k running on a stock cooler now. This is after switching from a H100, so that means I had to re-apply my thermal paste. I cleaned the cpu as much as I could (I think I wiped with Isopropyl alcohol for a good 5-10mins). Previously, even on idle at stock clocks, my CPU was running at 37 degrees celsius, a bit too high for a water cooler (or so I think). Now when I revert back to the stock cooler (stock clocks as well), the temperature revolves around 41-43 degrees. Do you think this is too high? I live in a very hot and humid country though (and the case is in a relatively cramped area) which goes from 28-35 degrees everyday (throughout the year). Is this a reason why? Should I try running in an air conditioner room?

Your temps are fine, Liquid coolers will never have too much lower temps than air coolers (even the stock ones). And seeing your room temps are rather high, both of those temps are fine. Look here:

^The room temp was 23.5C while testing, and your results are alright taking your ambient temps into consideration.
