will this psu handle all this specs ?!

it is an Amazing psu and made in japan :3
but i will oc the card which take alot of watt without oc already :3
and oc the processor ...
so am not completely sure that it will handle this

FX 8350 tdp is 125W
i5-4670K tdp is 84W

So you can see, even in a system with the FX8350 you are looking at 415W. Add a hundred (overkill) for the rest of the system, that's 515W. Then I like to add 200 for headroom, that's 715W. A 750W is overkill, but it's what I would go for with the system you are looking at, overclocked.

And the PSU you are looking at is great quality. Made by Seasonic, one of the best OEM makers in the business. I'd say it's the perfect PSU for your build at that price point.
