New computer freezing on startup

I just got done building my new computer about a week ago, and it has been working great. This morning though, it's been freezing on startup. Whenever I go to click on anything in windows, it freezes, when I hover on anything it freezes, etc. I know that it is a software issue, because when I boot in safe mode, it works fine.

I read that Avast! has given people freezing issues, so I booted into safe mode and uninstalled it. I also installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan, and it only found a small PUP. Then, I booted normally to see if uninstalling Avast! fixed my issue, and sure enough, it freezes just like before.

Since it works fine in safe mode, I'm hoping that the problem can be easily fixed, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. This is really frustrating because it worked fine before, and this morning it randomly has these issues.

Solution
if you good in safe mode ,that means its not an Windows software fault.the thing is some software is installed in your pc and it starting with windows(startup programs)and you wanna open Task Manager(right click on taskbard its lowest string on the desktop) and check cpu usage whose eating your bandwidth.

I will try that, but I don't think it's that because I'm pretty sure it's a software issue, since it works fine in safe mode.
