Are these PC Specs good for gaming?

Hello Forum.
I was thinking of buying a new Gaming PC and came across these items. Are these PC specs good for gaming (games such as skyrim, battlefield 4, crysis 3 etc)

Case:
PCS Alpha Trion 7622B Black case

CPU:
AMD FX-6350 Six Core CPU (4.2/3.9 Ghz)

Motherboard:
Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 AM3+

RAM:
8Gb Kingston Hyper-x fury dual - DDR3 1600Mhz

Graphics Card:
2Gb AMD Radeon R9 270x

Hard Drive:
1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 32MB CACHE

Disk Drive:
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM

Power Supply:
CORSAIR 650W VS SERIES™ VS-650 POWER SUPPLY

Operating System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit w/SP1

Overkill motherboard, Fairly Bad PSU, Get windows 8.1 to upgrade to Windows 9 when it comes out. I have never heard of that case and the FX 6350 has pretty much no performance gain what so ever over the fx 6300. If you tell me how much you are planning to spend on this computer then I might be able to help you

looks fine. I would swap out the power supply for either a Seasonic M12 II or a Rosewill Capstone.

Looks fine but you will need to be careful with the PSU.
