The power supply may be more than you need (which is about 850 watts), so you can buy a cheaper one if you want but this one is extremely reliable and provides some leverage for upgrades in 3 or so years.
Do you know if your software will take advantage of CUDA or OpenCL? Obviously CUDA requires an NVIDIA graphics card, but OpenCL usually gets better performance on AMD graphics cards.

I use luxrender and reality 2.5 right now. Luxrender will use openCL I believe. I was wanting to try Octane out which requires the NVIDIA card.
The extra RAM will help a lot for rendering large environments and complex details. The processor is much stronger and can even be overclocked that will be a huge benefit for rendering everything, and the graphics card is very powerful and the main component that will be of large benefit.
