Hello, I hope anyone can help me with this problem. I spend some good hours searching for a solution and can't find one, so...
I've got an usb stick 16gb that worked fine until some weeks ago. Now, it's categorized as Hidden, it have 0bytes/0bytes ( http://imgur.com/0L0sGR5 ) and no files in it, note that I CAN open it, but still no files there. Please continue reading before telling me to do something that I already did.
1. Trying to access it in cmd with it's letter name (F) like this "F:" without the quotes, it gives me this error message: http://imgur.com/iHq9phm
2. I see it in device manager as a portable device and it say that's working properly: http://imgur.com/gHkpvj9
3. Disk management can see it too, but can't see any allocated/unallocated space: http://imgur.com/MbJ4505
4. In cmd again, "chkdsk F: /f" it say this: http://imgur.com/A3KSwaC
5. All devices and printers: http://imgur.com/l789HA1
6. No data recovery software can detect the stick...
7. Another screenshot at disk management properties: http://imgur.com/Ee6ef6j
Can it be some hardware problems? Should I format it and try to recover data afterwards? Please help me, I had important data there
