Currently I have a GTX 780. It's broken and in the rma process.
I want another gpu so I can still play CSGO while waiting.
I'd prefer to have sub $200usd just because I'll most likey only use it for a week or two and maybe if my 780 breaks again so I have a backup card.
It'd much appreciated if you contributed so information about entry to mid level gaming gpus.

R9 270X will be good enough for your needs while being less than $200 :)
PS: Go for Asus/ MSI/ Sapphire/ Gigabyte versions.

A GTX 750($100) can run CSGO well. Why spend more then needed when it's only temporary.

Would integrated graphics suffice for the time?

I might suggest you buy a used card on ebay from a seller with good feedback.
You will be getting a card at fair market value and should be able to sell it for close to your purchase price later.

I might suggest a GTX750ti. It should just drop in and use your current driver.

for under $200 you could go with an R9 280 3GB card http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100373...
For a step below that you have this MSI 2GB card http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r9270gaming...
and if you really want to save your pennies there is this card: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r72501gd5oc
the last one will get you up and running for the least amount of money and plays a decent amount of games at medium to low settings.

I was just thinking about going to fry's since it'd be way easier.

A reasonable thing to do.
Ignore the suggestions for a AMD card. You don't want to deal with changing to/from amd/nvidia drivers if you don't have to.

I'm not aware what Fry's is (not from America/ Europe so excuse me) so I won't comment.

Other than that, I agree you can just go over with 750 Ti and avoid changing GPU drivers and stuff, that'd be a wise decision.
