The R7 260X draws approx 115W under full power. Combine that with a G2010 which has a max TDP of 55W (so will draw less), and that adds up to 170W. Provided there isn't some huge power hog in the rest of your system that you haven't mentioned (it's not running 200 hard drives, is it?!) you'll be fine with a good quality 450W PSU, like your Corsair.

AMD recommend a 500W PSU purely to cover themselves and account for the people who buy those £15 "500W PSU" from Ebay that actually struggle to output half the rated power. A decent quality 300W will run that system, so a quality 450W will be fine.

So your total budget is 3.5k in what currency? Is the 3.5k just for the PSU? AMD recommends a 500W PSU so you're gonna have to upgrade it.

^exactly.

what is the exact model of your power supply? how many amps are on the 12v rail?

i can almost guarantee there is more than enough amps on the 12v rail and that is all that matters. at best the pentium is using 5 amps while the 260x with a decent overclock could possibly draw as high as 10 amps. so just figure you want at least 15 amps on the 12v rail just to power the cpu and gpu. though if it did(which it wont) only have 15 amps, that would not be smart and dangerously close to the power supplies limits. 20 amps will do it no problem, and i bet you have closer to 30 amps.
