I have bought the NVIDIA GTX 770 Superclocked for my PC and it fits just fine. I have an i5 but my psu is too crap to run my card. I need to know if this(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139054) psu is compatible with both the Dell XPS 8500 motherboard and my NVIDIA GTX 770.

Urgent response is much appreciated.

According to the Dell representative in this thread, a standard ATX power supply will work. In other words, the one you are looking at would work with your motherboard and case, plus it is also enough watts/amps to power a gtx770. That's a high quality PSU as well, great choice.

You can, however, save some costs. That's an expensive PSU. There are other great quality PSUs at a lower price point.

For example for $59.99
Rosewill capstone 650W, gold, made by Super Flower. Note: not modular.

If you need modular (semi)
Antec HCG-750M $64.99

If you need full modular
Seasonic M12II 620W $74.99...

I picked a gold standard so it can later support a higher PSU if I choose to upgrade. Also I am running very intensive loads on my graphics card and cpu (full map generation rendering and computing. Also multiple servers at some times.) And Thank You!!
