Hello, I have Pentium 4, HD 5450, 4GB and the PSU is Golden Power 550W, And since I'm on a tight budget I don't want to waste money on something I already have, And I only used it for 1-2 years, And I won't really upgrade to an high end pc or something that requirs 1000W, Just a decent one, Thanks!

Never heard of that brand so i will be not sure about its quality and how stable its at load.Changing your Psu totally depends on what GPU and processor you update so any mid level card requires a good 500 watt psu 80+ bronze certified PSU at least. The most power efficient GPU i can think of is the gtx 750 ti its a mid range GPU and it will run on your current PSU.
One more thing if you use your PSu then pls dont Overclock anything i will not do that for safety reasons.

ohh i know about the super flower rosewill capstone is also made by super flower its an excellent brand but i dont know about the model so if its made of super flower then u have a great PSU and you dont have to change your PSU in that case even with a high end card like gtx 760 or r9 280x

I still can't find the exact module of the PSU, It just says (Golden Power 550W) on the PSU box, But I heard that It's called Cooler Master: Golden Power Series, I think they stopped making it, Sorry for late reply.

if you buy a gtx 750 ti then a standard 450 watt psu would be enough to power your system.

Ok, Here is all what I see,
Golden Power 550W Model No.550W P4 Q.C passed H1-Pot Pass Burn in pass ATE pass
AC Input:
Voltage (110V-264V) Current (10A) Frequency (50-60Hz)
DC Output:
Orange (+3.3V/24A) Red (+5V/28A) Yellow (+12V1/16A) (12V2/14A) Blue (-12V/0.5A) White (-5V/0.5A) Purple (+5Vsb/2A) Black (COM/GND) Green (PS-ON/ ) Brown (POK/PG)
That's all, No 80+ Sticker, No +12V, I agree that's it's maybe Super Flow, But I searched and only there is Golden King, Golden Green,etc... No Golden Power, I hope any one help, I don't want my next PC to explode.

From what i could find is it probably a CiT unit (to o.p. ??) ,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/550W-Gold-Silent-Power-Supply/dp/B000KND4M8
this brand you will find back in this list under tier 5,
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Tier five - Replace immediately. These units are NOT recommended for any system, no matter the purpose. Reference to higher tiered models for a better and potentially money-saving unit

If you want to stick with this keep the max at what is already said->gtx 750 ti,but again,is it the one i linked?

No it's not, It's the same shape but it's black or gray, It's normal not a gold color, And What is Tier Five? And isn't 550W can handle gtx 760 ti and R9 280 according to tomshardware list?
