if the only profile you RAM has is 1333, then you may only be able to run at 1333. My Corsair RAM actually has 1600 in the part number shown on the SPD screen "CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9"
Looks like the same RAM I have. You have an XMP profile, you need to determine if you BIOS will support it or if you have to manually enter those parameters.
The next tab SPD will show you the map of timings the RAM has. You may have to go into the BIOS and select the XMP map OR you may have to manually set all the RAM parameters to get 1600. It looks like it is defaulting to 1333.
