DELL pERCISION 690 CAN'T LOAD WINDOWS 7

Hello guys and i hope everyone is having a decent weekend,ok i'm having a problem loading windows 7 on my dell percision 690,i don't understand it it.never had any problems loading before but now the only thing i get is,i'm loading win 7 or 8 and i will get the window for windows 8 and nothing else and for windows 7 it's showing me the same window as for windows 8 but goesd no further,has anyone experienced before or has any input to help me with this problem?

Sreenshots?i'm sorry i don't know sceenshots would help my situation,i can't load windows please help me with the sceenshots you would need.thanks for your quick reply.

I think real ace has a very good idea in doing a complete uninstall and reinstall.

1. Format the C: partition and
2. Check BIOS settings having to do with the disk subsystem- especially AHCI.
3. If you have access to another computer, download and install the latest BIOS from Dell.com / Support / Downloads.
4. Also check if there are some residual RAID settings and clear everything out.
5. Reinstall Windows as Administrator
