Hi,
A friend contacted me because he is unable to boot into Windows. I had him check a couple of things (pictures below) but I'm not really sure what's going on. Help would be appreciated.
As far as I can see, this shows that both a DVD drive and a Hard Drive are connected to the motherboard. A good start.
I then had him check the Boot Priority, and unless I'm mistaken neither of them are listed as options.
If anyone has any ideas as to what might be wrong I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
