What are the real benefits of upgrading from win 7 to win 8 and should I do it?

So I wanna know should I upgrade to win 8.1 or should I just stay with my win 7 you can see my system specs down below and I do video rendering and streaming most os the time.
If the answer is yes and I should upgrade than I wanna know why.

No need to upgrade, the only really nice thing is faster boots, and I don't like the tiles so much.
