Turtle Beach X12.

So my headphone started acting weird. They make weird sound when playing and anything that is even close to being loud doesnt even work. I guess you could say it crackling sound but im sure you know what it is. Basically bass and anything loud cannot play normally, is there a fix?

Use your RMA. Get new ones they will give you brand new ones or repaired. When I sent my RMA they gave me new ones I have x12s as well. Be sure to select best answer.

you see the problem is that i bought these of Ebay and dont have a box.

That's ok you don't need the receipt or box. Just message them over here and the only thing they will ask for is Headset. Just follow the instructions and you will get a new one. When I shipped mine they said please don't give a box or receipt just the headphones. And when they ask you for date of purchase you don't have to say the exact date like I was a day or two off but they still gave it.
