How can i get my sims 4 game to play on my Dell Laptop, Windows 8

I've tried everything, I've looked at the drivers and they work, I've also turned autoplay on and off but it still won't work. Please help

Go to the EA Sims4 forums and try there.. (waste their time with poor questions)
