I do not know If this is a Motherboard or GPU problem

So when I first got me computer in mid July of 2013 my computer was working very nice at first then after re-installing my OS to convert it onto a SSD I was getting black blank screens that just said "no signal" and then I would restart my PC and it would work well again for about an hour then I would get this black screen again. So I sent in my GPU for an RMA and then got a new one
that one worked well for about 2 weeks then I started having problems so I figured it was probably a Motherboard problem so I changed the PCLI slot to the second one It worked fine for about 4-5 days then same problem and so I did not know what to do. after about a week I went to play a game and after I was finished i clicked on something and my computer froze and Nothing was I restarted it and everything was better and then it froze again after an hour of gaming, this time when I went to restart it the computer was running everything but nothing was happening all I got was a blank screen. So I then removed the GPU and plugged in my HDMI into my motherboard and everything was working fine. so then before waiting to send in My GPU for an RMA I tried to plug it in again ( I know) and so it started working again but I was getting those black screens again and I do not know what the problem is because I may be a bad Motherboard or a bad GPU or something different

PC specs:
CPU- Intel Core i7 4770
GPU- EVGA GTX 770
RAM- patriot 32 gbs
motherboard: asus z87 deluxe
OS: Windows 8

thank you for the help

Solution
Might consider either dropping DRAM to 1600, the 1866 and 32gB may be a bit much for the MC or raise the MC (memory controller) voltage a tad + 0.06 or so

The RAM is Patriot 1866 mhz quad I and it came out of a single package

the PSU is a Corsair AX1200

I monitor the GPU closely do you think that it could just be the GPU shutting off to protect itself? The other thing is I went through 2 GPUs and I do not know what it may be ill have to check the RAM.

also thank you very much for the help.

Do you have the latest BIOS and is the DRAM set up under XMP? and actually running at 1866? Also new or used SSD (what model - if it uses the SandForce 12xx controller that could be it, the 12xx controllers aren't fully SATA complient and Z87/Z97 don't like them. What do you mean by going through 2 GPUs, if they died may have a slot/mobo problem or voltage regulation from PSU to to GPPU

Okay so the bios is updated and every thing is working the SSD's are used they are from Samsung and and they were working fine and the problem was relevant before the SSds were installed. I do not think it is a Slot/mobo problem because when I switched the GPU to a different slot It worked for a little bit and then i had the same problem after about 5 days of cool smooth running.
