Avexir RAM questions

I'm looking at the Avexir RAM that have LED's in them and I want to know how they perform when compared to the Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM. I realise there are bettter ones from other brands like G Skill but I want good looking RAM. Thanks in advance

Also, can the lights with the Avexir RAM be turned off?

Avexir is good RAM company, LinusTechTips from youtube has those led rams in his Personal Build. The LED flash faster as more ram is being used up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DChXJgSIEhU&list=PL5F19DCC0D1295768&index=2 Skip to 12:25 if you wanna see the RAM at work. Idk if you can turn the lights off though.

I forgot to ask. Do you know how he has those blue custom water cooling tubes because I want some red ones. I'm guessing he built the water cooling system himself but I'm not 100% sure
