Which one is the best for large cpu heatsinks?

PS: No doubt it's the SP120 but the heatsink is large and is made for 140mm fans. The sp120 won't cover everything. But if it's enough then i'll buy it. Only quiet editions are available.

Even though it's quiet edition? is it fine? there are no stocks of high performance here in the local shops

Yes it's fine , they are solid fans made for heatsinks and rads.

In that case, I'd go with the Spectre Pro for higher CFM and static pressure.

So it's narrowed down to Spectre Pro 140mm vs Corsair Sp120 Quiet Edition. Which one is the better choice. I'll buy later this afternoon. Thanks

I like the SP 120's.

Both are great fans made by solid companies.

As Sr-71 Blackbird says, both of them are solid fans built by solid companies. The SPs are extremely popular fans, but my experience with them is that the noise doesn't scale down well with the RPMs, i.e. they were almost as loud at 80% and 70% as they were at 100%. They're not really loud in an absolute sense, but I found the noise noticeable and distracting. Both fans that I got in a 2-pack had an annoying whine/buzz below that, although I may just have gotten bad examples. If all of them are like that, I can't imagine they would be as popular as they are.

The Spectres aren't going to be a lot quieter at max, and I'm not sure how the sound scales, but according to the specs you'll get significantly higher static pressure and CFM rate. That's pretty much par for the course when comparing 140s to 120s of comparable design and build quality.
