I'd say that a lot of people try to push far more hardware then you need on this website, because of differing expectations of what 'run games smoothly' etc. mean.

If you want to run all games at Ultra on 4K, then Jacobs suggestions are probably correct. However, as the following benchmarks show, a 290/290x, or 780/780Ti will be able to run modern games on medium-high settings at 50-60 FPS on 4K. These benchmarks are with an i7-4930K however, so they don't rule out the possibility that your CPU will bottleneck.

To update my answer, benchmarks such as these show that as you go to higher resolution / graphics settings, the CPU is less of a factor in your performance. This is because you are always bottlenecking on the GPU rather then the CPU.

On these, your CPU at stock clock performs on even par with the 4670K clocked at 4.5GHz that Jacob reccomended. This was with a 7970 gpu (280x) though. A 780Ti / 290x will bottleneck at a higher cpu use / higher settings, but I would think that reasonable quality 4K would still be strongly bottlenecked by the GPU, not your CPU.

Edit: Grammar fail

Seems all a little bit too much for now, im between a 4k monitor and a 21:9 of LG, the 34UM65 which is 2560x1080p cause the 34UM95 is out of my price range... I guess for the 2560x1080p I wont need to upgrade that hardcore to run things properly...

I still dont see the need to upgrade ur system. Ur processor is still good enough and can pack a punch . Mayb ur gpu but if u can wait I suggest u wait for nvidia 900 series. They suppose to have performance gains as well as power efficient. Btw whts ur psu.

no sli planned, if i upgrade it will be just one card, but now im waiting cause x99 motherboards are xpensive... maybe for now i just get a nice 21:9 ips widescreen cause im not a fulltime nor pro gamer, yes watching lot of series and movies... my choice is between asus mx299q or the bigger lg 34um65...
