All of my games are running at a much worse frame rate now... This problem wasn't occurring yesterday, only today. This includes all steam games, and minecraft. In games like minecraft and Unturned, I'll get near 130 frames in the beginning, and they'll just slowly drop over the course of maybe, 2 minutes, down to an unbearable 15-20 frames. Games like Dayz, also have this problem. Over time, the frame rate just decreases until I have to restart the game just for it to happen again.

You will need MSI AFTERBURNER. Download that program and check the following things.
First without a game running your GPU clockspeed and temperature.
Then with the game running on low fps the GPU Clockspeed and temperature again.
If temps are high as 80 / 90 or so and your clockspeed is going down this is usually known as thermal throttling which is a known thing graphics card do to make sure they dont burn.
They reduce their power once a temperature is reached to avoid damaging it. This may be the problem why your FPS are dropping so low.
The only thing you can do in that case is improve cooling .

Yes that or are you playing on your lap?
Dont place the laptop over cloth place it always on a flat hard surface for it to have their coolers exhaust correctly
