I just built my first custom PC (this is not my first PC just my first custom PC,) graphically intense games, such as SKYRIM, Battlefield 4, and Crysis 3 freeze/crash after playing for 1 second to 2-3 minutes. I have been trying to fix this for two days it is pretty much the only thing I have been doing. I have tried everything I could find on the internet, but nothing worked. Now I'm sure you all want my specs so here they are.
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k @3.50Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 4Gb Gigabyte Windforce
MOBO: Gigabyte Z97x-Gaming 3
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 8Gb Kit
PSU: Corsair CX750
I have checked my temps and it's not that, I never even got close to the recommended max temp. I'm at my wits end here I need help... If someone helps me fix it I will give the a virtual high-five, and they can know that they helped someone!
