allright i have been running ot this desktop for a while now :
my specs:
cpu: Intel core 2 quad Q6600 2.40ghz
gpu: Radeon HD 5870
motherboard: MSI MS-7369
ram: 8gb Kingston HyperX Genesis cl9
hardrive: SeaGate Barracuda 500gb
psw: HEC windmill pro 500w 80+
as you can see the motherboard and the cpu are outdated as hell so i was to change them to a amd cpu ... now here is the problem :
1. i don't know what AMD cpu i can afford ? (budget 100 eu)
2. can my psu support that cpu ?
ps:motherboard is not a problem i found one with fm2 socket ASrock FM2A78M pro+
