Ok so I built my first PC about 3 or 4 months ago and have been having a weird problem that has only recently started to worry me. Shortly after building my PC I found out that my computer had issues starting up in I unplugged the power cable or flip the switch on the back of the pc, which I was doing every night due to the LED lights on my GPU. When I flip the switch back on the GPU lights come on instantly but many times the MOBO will not turn on, even when using the button on the motherboard. After I noticed this I simply stopped unplugging my PC but on the off chance I do have to move it I usually have to flip the switch many times and wait patiently before the PC will start. Long story short I check every cable not once but twice the last time I had the issue, along with a bunch of other tricks found from other post, such as only using on stick of ram, removing GPU, and even changing the MOBO battery. After all this work the PC still did not start but the next day the PC started just by flipping the switch once or twice. My problem now is that I just had 2 power outages in the same day, both times the PC was off and plugged into a surge protector. Its been about 3 hours and my PC will still not turn on even after much waiting and resetting. I am going to start testing the PSU with a multimeter to see if I can find anything but any advice or tips would greatly help. Sorry for the long post but I am determined to fix this problem tonight.

Here is a link to my exact build...I have added 3 cooler master case fans if that makes a difference.

Solution
In as much as your PSU is of high quality design, it would seem to me offhand that something isn't quite right there, I think I would recommend initializing RMA procedures for the PSU here.

I just got lucky and got a response from amazon customer support who are going to give me a full refund on the psu I have. After researching a little more I found that the psu I have had been riddled with problems and has a fairly low rating as far as Seasonic units go. So with this said I need to know what psu to buy for my build. I don't plan on adding anything to the computer so the power needs are around 750 if I'm correct to leave a little room incase of any future upgrades. If you have any preferred brands please let me know as of right now I'm looking at XFX and Corsair. Looking to spend around 100 and would like semi modular.

So I got my replacement unit today but after hooking everything up I still can get my pc to power up. I don't have time to completely disassemble everything now but will do it later today but would like to see what other things could cause this problem.
