EVGA GeForce GTX 780 6GB SC or EVGA GeForce GTX780 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 3GB GDDR5 384bit. Keep in mind this is for single monitor use.

Also I would like to know if I would get any bottle neck with the AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition with either cards.

I would say the ACX card as it offers better cooling. Make sure you have decent airflow in your case, though.

The ACX card would be better because It has 3 GB of VRAM instead of the 6 GB. You will only need 3 GB for single-monitor use.

It's not an opinion, it's a rock-solid fact:)

If you have the money for a 780 Ti, I would assume you have the money for a Core i5-4690K, which would literally CRUSH the 6300 in gaming and everything else EXCEPT rendering.

Well, I do know for a fact that the FX-6300 is based on AM3+, and that the AMD 970 chipset supports the socket AM3+, so they must be compatible. Go on PCPartPicker, put in the 6300 and your mobo and it'll tell you if they're compatible.
