I am running win 7 home premium. When I move items to the recycle bin they are being emptied automatically instead of staying in the recycle bin until I delete them. I have more then enough space in the recycle bin so it is not being close to full. How can I make items stay in the bin until I want to empty them?

how can I stop the win 7 recycle bin on c drive from automatically hiding files or emptying automatically?

If you right click on the Recycle Bin you can select the maximum memory the bin will hold before wanting to delete the file immediately. And make sure that the option to delete automatically is not selected. That will solve your issues.
