Well CS isn't the most intensive game but I am not sure this laptop can run anything good except google chrome .

Look for 400 Bucks you can do this which will probably crush CS:GO and every other game

Well If you save another hundred bucks and get something that will live for 2-3 years its better than getting something for 300 bucks that lives for 6 months.

Alright , It will run it but on low settings and on around 30FPs 720p , You can build a PC , every one can !! But for 300 Bucks its going to be tough .
