I am building a gaming pc at the end of the month with an i5-4590 processor and an R9 280, and 6 case fans. I have narrowed down my psu choices to 3 options.
First, the Rosewill CAPSTONE 650 watt continuous. Some pros: Gold certified. Intel Haswell Certified. 650 watt continuous. $60

Second, the SeaSonic M12II 620 watt. Some pros: Bronze certified. Fully modular. $75

And third, Corsair CXM series CX600M 600W. Some pros: Bronze Certified. Modular. $45
