false readings or something wrong - new build ?!?!

Just built a new computer today and i opened up open hardware monitor just now and got these readings which seems very strange to me. False readings or something wrong?

As you already suspected, those are just false readings. May be annoying a bit, but it's nothing to worry about if just the sensors are broke.

6 cores showing up on an i5? interesting. probably should be the first sign something is wrong with your version of hwmonitor... or the cpu's own temp monitoring. try coretemp and see what happens.
