Hi all, I'm a hardcore BF player and I'm getting these weird clear wavy lines at the bottom quarter of the screen. My screen is a BENQ xl2411t. Have done research and cannot find solutions for this. Any ideas? Thanks.

EDIT: I also have a LG 27EA33 (60hz) set up as second monitor.

Disconnect the BENQ monitor and see if they still appear on the LG monitor.

It could be your monitor, if it happens on both monitors it's probably your GPU then.

If it only happens on the BENQ then there is something wrong with the BENQ.

Yes just tried it, same on second monitor.

I'm starting to think it's my GPU.

ok. so the lines show up on the 2nd monitor and you used a different video cable... that makes it a gpu issue. First make sure it's not a driver issue by uninstalling your drivers, reboot your pc, and install the latest nvidia whql release. if the issue persists then i'd say it's the hardware and you have a dying card on your hands.

My friend had that problem the only thing we did is that we switched it from vga cable to full dvi cable without converting it and then the problem dissapeared if so try it with dvi or hdmi or something..just other type of cable
