If you disabled a device and gave the ok to delete the driver then you need to re-enable the device and re-install the driver.

If you told it not to delete the files then just re-enable the device.

the shortcut Windows Key+PauseBreak will open up the System window.
On the left side find "Device Manager", launch that.
In Device Manager, find items that are disabled, re-enable (right click, Enable)
