Looks good, it's balanced, good PSU, etc.
I don't have any issues with it really.

Only thing I feel I should point out, in ~2 weeks the Nvidia 800/900 series will come out. You might want to wait for that. Should be cheaper, more powerful and more energy efficient.

EDIT: Also, the PSU is a bit overkill, if you want to save some money you could go with a 600 watt PSU easily. That'll even leave room for overclocking. The one you selected is still a great PSU though, no harm whatsoever in going with that one.
