I've tried everything i could find online but nothing seems to work..i unistall the cd drive from the device manager, i put commands in cmd , i used the hardware and devices troubleshooter,i made sure the disks were not damaged but is hopeless... The disks are not even recognised, when i put it in the drive it sounds like is reading it in the beginning and also shows a disk image were to he cursor is and then nothing...Any advice?
