Get the 760TI and Overclock it the 760 has a very close performance to the R9 280 so im pretty sure the 760Ti will outperform the R9 285

btw if u don't have a really good CPU id say u should get the R9 285 and use Mantle if u have a good CPU just get the 760TI

You can choose any of the engines above but when it comes to brand, I would suggest you to choose any one of the following -

MSI, EVGA and Sapphire.
