I bought a refurbished PC and when I plugged it in and turned it on for the 1st time I managed to unplug it. I got it plugged back in and turned it on but it comes up with the windows logo then says "setup is starting services" then gives me an Install Windows error message. "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." When I click "OK" it restarts and does the same thing over again. The computer I bought has a product code for Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit for Refurbished computers. I am just missing the disk to re install the system.
