I just got this message when booting up my desktop (which I just recently built myself):

Recovery
You PC needs to be repaired
The Boot Configuration Data file is missing some required information

File: \BCD
Error code: 0xc0000034

You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have any installation media, contact you system adminsitrator or PC manufacturer.

I've tried googling this and trying a few solutions that worked for some, but to no avail I still can't get it to work. When I boot up the computer using the bootable usb that has the Windows 8 ISO on it, and go to "Repair my computer" and "Troubleshoot," I can't refresh my computer, can't do automatic repair, and I can't even reset the computer. Please, does anybody have an idea on what I can do to fix this issue?
