Windows 7 built in defrag on a RAID 0 vs Piriform Defraggler

Windows 7 defrag is set to auto run. It always said I was defragged, but ran Piriform Degraggler and it said I had 75GB of 300GB fragmented, and showed me many holes in the drive map.

The computer is set up on a RAID 0 (2 disk) array. Does Windows 7 defrag not work well with RAID array?

Thank you.

Solution
Between the two (Piriform and Windows) I would and do use Piriform's Defraggler (except on SSD's of course). I believe that Defraggler does a much better job of defragmenting the drive. It may take a while for Defraggler to defragment but it's worth the wait.
