I'm planning to buy an asrock h87 pro4 mobo (socket 1150) and an intel core i5 4670 cpu.
Are these enough?

its enough for any single gpu build. r9 280 and r9 290 have both great price/performance.

I currently have a 1gb nvidia gtx 650 non-ti and I don't think its enough so I think I'll get my self a GTX 670 2gb.
