Community,
I have a Cool master Silent Pro Gold 800W PSU. Will my PSU safely power a 295x2? I know there's been emphasis placed on using two 8 pin connectors that supply 28A each. Right now I have a Nvidia gtx 260 under full load pulling 291w from my APC. 182w is the max for the card. Can I assume 291w for my current combined load minus 182w max for the card plus 500w for the 295x2 for a projected ~609w draw? My PSU puts outs 750w at the 12v rails @ 65A total.

If you're looking to run a single dual GPU card, your 800 (750W of 12v) will be plenty but if looking to run two R9-295x2's in X-Fire you're really pushing it IMO
