Would a MSi 760-GMA P34 AM3+ Motherboard need a bios 'flash' if it is using the FX 6300 CPU?

Hi Tom's Hardware,

I hope to don't get shot down by the guys at tom's because this is my first post, sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. So my question is Would a MSi 760-GMA P34 AM3+ Motherboard need a bios 'flash' if it is using the FX 6300 CPU?

Thanks a ton man, you really helped me out! And if you don't mind would I need to flash the bios if using a FX-8350?
