Well i was wondering if my computer was good enough to run Fallout at 60fps or 30fps at least Here are my Specs;
Windows 8.1
amd a8 6500
Radeon hd grapics
6gb of ram
and 1tb of memory

Uhh...I think you copy-pasted too much from your Fallout: New Vegas thread, mate :D

Either way, I don't think you'll be able to run it... I don't own it, but from what I've heard about it, this is what I assume.
First and foremost, it's a heavier game than you think, both in processing and graphical detail powers, and an hexacore APU isn't exactly cut for that...

Secondarily, we're talking about a game that's still in its beta phase, it could work wonders as it may not work at all on your hardware...

Lowest details? Maybe. Lowest resolution too? More probably, but it still wouldn't be enough IMO.
