Those specs should work, but what's the need of a Cooler Master cabinet? Just buy some cheap iBall or Zebronics cabinet, this rig won't generate much heat. You can get some cheap cabinet and try to get a Zotac Nvidia GT630 or GT640, since GT610 is quite useless now.

Yes exactly the 610 has a terrible awful power:p rice ratio. I highly recommend saving your money and getting the 750ti or the 660ti which cost the around the same. With the new 800's coming out prices should drop even more.

GTX 750Ti and GTX 660Ti, WILL break his small budget... :no: 
If his budget was, like, Rs.45,000 then we could have considered in getting a 750Ti or 660Ti.
