What will be better ?

NVIDIA GTX 770 + 144 HZ MONITOR
OR
NVIDIA GTX 780 + 60 HZ MONITOR

I would like to play modern games like bf : hardline , far cry 4, crysis 3 , AC Unity .... But i wanna have more fps than 60 .

a 780 will be worth it more, just a more powerful gpu, why would you want more than 60 fps?

actually i dont know how it works . So when i will have gtx 780 and i will play modern games with 80 fps . On the monitor will be always 60 or ??

Yeah the monitor will probably limit it to 60fps unless you turn off v sync or something like that

People only want that to have a perfectly smooth look at their 60hrz screen.
I don't think that one gtx 770 is going to give 144fps on that other screen,you would need sli for that.Or low settings.

I know so i will buy 780 and than 60 hz monitor , but now i dont need 144 , i will buy 144 at another time

you can overclock some monitors yes
